INGREDIENTS

2 Ltr vegetable broth

1 tbsp grated ginger and garlic

1 onion and carrot thinly sliced

1 zucchini thinly sliced

1 capsicum sliced

1 bowl shredded red cabbage

1 pack wheat noodles/ chowmein

1/2 bowl sliced green onion

1/2 can pineapple cubes

1/3 bowl paneer

Salt & Red chilli powder [acc to taste]

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp tomato ketchup

1tsp green chilli sauce & vinegar each

1 tbsp brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

β€’ Heat some oil in a pan, add ginger & garlic, saute for few seconds then add all the chopped veggies one by one.

β€’ Add salt & red chilli powder and cook for few more minutes, then add vegetable broth along with all the sauces – soy sauce, tomato ketchup, green chilli sauce, vinegar & brown sugar.

β€’ Stir and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add the dry noodles in it & cook on low flame till they become soft.

β€’ Mix corn starch with some water & add it into the noodles. Give it a good stir & cook for few more minutes

β€’Finally add pineapple & paneer cubes & garnish it with green onions & jalapeno.
