Marinate chicken in the following:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp kashmiri spice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice prefer to use raw lemon 
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chicken spice
  • 1 tsp aminas lemon and herb marinate
  • 1 tablespoon steers garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon nandos wild herb sauce
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Method:

  • Leave aside for about an hour Place in a heated pan and fry until done, ensure the chicken remains saucy. 
  • Slice mushrooms Green peppers Fry in a heated pan with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • cubed butternut ( I buy the peeled and cubed butternut )Place in a bowl of water 
  • Allow to steam in the microwave for about 5minutes Once steamed , place in a Pyrex , drizzle olive oil black.pepper and parsley. Bake on 150 deg until done 
  • Roast sliced almonds 
  • Slice cucumbers, shredded lettuce, sliced grapes, cubed of feta. 

setting 

  • Place cucumbers and lettuce on plate, top with peppers and mushroom, grapes, butternut, chicken strips, feta and almonds. 

dressing 

  • Mix 2 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoon orange juice, 1 tablespoon lemon juice,  1 tablespoon honey, 1 tsp sweet chilie sauce  and 1 heaped tsp sesame seeds. 

Serve with croutons 

  • Slice bread,buns or rolls Mix garlic olive oil and mixed black.pepper Brush on buns Bake for a few minutes.
