Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds or other nuts
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed in the mixture.
