Cranberry Orange Breakfast Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, roughly chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together orange juice, vegetable oil, and egg.
- Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in chopped cranberries.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing from pan and slicing.
