Tropical Hemp Seed Salad

INGREDIENTS :

baby arugula

baby spinach

cilantro

pineapple, chopped

red bell pepper, chopped

edamame

mandarin oranges, sliced

tomato, sliced

hemp seed

Citrus Vinaigrette:

2 TBSP orange juice

1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

1 TBSP ACV

1 tsp agave or maple syrup

salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS :

1. Add all ingredients for salad to a bowl.

2. In a separate dish, whisk all dressing ingredients together to combine.

3. Drizzle over salad!
