Avocado Tuna Salad
INGREDIENTS :
3 5 oz cans tuna
1/4 cup sliced red onion
3 roma tomatoes chopped
3 avocados sliced
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
optional: celery and cucumber
INSTRUCTIONS :
1.In a bowl add the tuna, red onion, roma tomatoes, avocados, dijon, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
2.Stir everything together and serve immediately.
