I love cooking with wine and this creamy recipe is one of my favourite. If you love chicken, try this delicious recipe.

Ingredients:
– 600g of chicken breast (3 chicken breasts)
– 3 tbsp of oil
– 3 tbsp of flour
– 1/2 tsp of salt
– 1/2 tsp of pepper
– 1 tsp of garlic powder
– 1 tsp of dried thyme
– 1 tbsp of butter
– 1 sliced onion
– 3 cloves of pressed garlic
– 500g of sliced brown mushrooms
– 1 tbsp of mustard
– 20g of capers
– 250 ml of white wine
– 250 ml of chicken broth
– 200ml of cream
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley
– salt, freshly ground black peppers

Method:
- Cut the chicken breasts into 4 thinner cutlets.
- In a bowl combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture.
- Heat the oil in a psn and fry the chicken cutlets 5 minutes from both sides. Transfer the fried chicken into a plate and keep warm.
- Add the butter into the same pan and cook the sliced mushrooms inside.
- – Add onions and garlic to good browned mushrooms, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the white wine, chicken broth, thyme, mustard, cream and bring to a boil. Cook for 7 minutes. If you want a thick sauce then 1 tbsp of flour mix with 2 tbsp of cold water, mix till well combined and to your creamy sauce.
- Add the chicken back to pan, add capers and season with fresh parsley and freshly ground white pepper.
