Ingredients:

  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the fresh baby spinach leaves, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
