Spinach and Mushroom Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for added spice)
- Toasted whole grain bread (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
